Mr
Hiep Nguyen - Co-founder & Chief Executive
Officer
Mr. Nguyen has had more than 20 years experience
in telecommunication and Internet technology. He worked in senior management
with QPSX Communications, which designed and patented novel equipment
for high-speed data communication . He most recently worked with Ericsson
Consulting , particularly in designing WAP systems in Malaysia and Taiwan.
Dr
John Keay - Co-founder & Chairman
Dr Keay had a first career as a research chemist
in physical and inorganic chemistry. After ten years he left CSIRO as
a Principal Research Scientist and has since had some twenty years experience
in small public company management , most recently as Executive Chairman
of Pulsat Communications Ltd.
Conrad
Crisafulli - Director
Mr. Crisafulli was previously a member of the
management team at SECWA, before being appointed as Commercial Director
of QPSX Communications. He is currently the Managing Director of Techstart
Australia Limited and Chairman of the Australian Telecommunications
Research Institute. Conrad is on board of directors of a number of companies

Errol Turner - Director
Mr. Turner was previously a Chief Finance Officer
at Intellect Holdings. He was involved in capital fund raising for Intellect
Australia and recently involved in capital restructure of Intellect.
He was working as special consultant for a number of companies and currently
serves as the CFO for a public listed company - Adacel.
